When the Sand Shifts: Personal Leadership Transition for Emerging Leaders

Personal leadership transition can be some of the most stressful and challenging season of a leader’s life. Using Dr. Robert Clinton’s “Six Stages of Leadership Development” as a foundation, we will discuss the phases and steps in the development in a leader’s life. We’ll examine strategies for finding success amidst new challenges and staying ‘centered’ when things are changing. This workshop specifically discusses the unique challenges of leaders in transition during their 20’s and 30’s, and includes ample time for open forum discussion.
