URM's Chef Larry struggled with homelessness in Pasadena for six years before discovering God's perfect recipe for a transformed life.

After a lifetime of low self-esteem, abandonment, drugs, and alcohol, Larry had almost given up on life. Andy Bales, Union Rescue Mission's CEO, encouraged him to give life one more try. And today, Larry is not only the Mission's head chef, he shares his life with other guys and gives them hope that they can make it, too.
