Poverty is not from God. Because He is a rich God, He desires us to be in abaundance of His great blessings. Poverty is evil, it leads to so many wonton acts, for that, I traced the source of poverty to the Devil, the father of all kinds of evil.

I agree that poverty is not
I agree that poverty is not from God. I will walk on streets of gold in a place where there is no want. Here on earth, in the flesh, is a different story. This fallen world produces lack. the ground is hard and much drought exists. Sickness and disease are part of this fallen world as is sin. Thank God that he has made a way for us where there was no hope. Jesus of course is the way and the truth and the life. He has borne our sins and carried our diseases. The chastisement of our peace was put upon him. Because of the victory that Jesus won for us at Calvery, we are restored to fellowship with Father God and he is again our provider. Actually, he is our everything again if we will only ask. That is the good news. Money or not we are all poor at some point-poor man lost his wife, poor people-their home burned, poor slob lost his job etc. He is the well of life. He is the bread of life. Because of him I am rich.
To win them for Jesus Christ
It is easier for a poor to accept the Gospel them for the rich to.

the gospel is preached to the poor for them to become rich and wealthy. Jesus wanted us all to be rich. Apoor person listen the gospel beliving of the rich one day. poverty is aspirit our God dont want us to be poor in spirit and in our life.
