Summary:

The Leadership Development Training Program (LDTP) is designed to train, equip, and encourage local churches to do wholistic ministry in their communities. The program is divided into two manuals, or levels: Level I – Equipping Local Churches for Wholistic Ministry; and Level II – Equipping Local Church Leaders for Wholistic Ministry. Each manual contains instructions for the trainer and a detailed lesson plan.  The material covered in Level I is designed to be shared with the whole congregation. Level II is a bit more advanced and is intended for church leadership and not the congregation as a whole.  It is recommended that leaders study and apply Level I in their own lives, then teach it in their own congregations, before beginning Level II.
