Single parenting
Marie does a good job with this subject. She sounds very patient and kind. I especially agree with her point that single parents need to put their children ahead of relationships with the opposite sex. Some people think dating should wait altogether until the kids are grown.
Single parenting is a challenge. But I recently heard a Christian speaker say it is easier than being married to someone who undermines your values. I think it's hard either way. The sad thing is there are so many single parents - or maybe I should say kids without two parents. As Marie said, they are "wounded lambs."
