UYWI’s mission is to develop the next generation of urban leaders. We do this through our Institute, our one day training events, on-line resources and on-going coaching/consulting services: however, one of the most powerful ways we do this is through our LEARNING GROUPS. We gather a multi-ethnic array of 10-15 leaders from a given city and ask them to read one book a month and meet once a month to eat, play, pray and discuss what they’ve read. Leaders are growing from this peer mentoring experience as well as from the added discipline of reading more books on leadership, theology and inner life formation. Come learn more and perhaps launch or join a group in your city. You will gain some key insights for becoming a next generation leader and hear from leaders who are presently in a group.
